Not Your Colours is a song I wrote about the anti-trans movement co-opting the colours of the Suffragettes. While the term wasn’t in use regarding feminism during their time it doesn’t take much researching to see that the Suffragette movement was very much intersectional. I’d already put the design together for this, and its matching Tote Bag, but in light of recent events that aim to up the hatred towards trans people it’s only right to give 20% of sales to a trans supporting organisation, and have opted for Not a Phase after speaking with some trans friends.
