This cuff design is a very thin metal and does best with lighter implants under 10g - It cannot hold heavier off-the-ear implants like the Kanso or Rondo or larger BAHA devices. Materials: Sterling silver electroplated to gold. The diameter of the Cuff is 10 mm. The end ”beads” of the cuff are 3mm, so they lock the cuff tightly into the holster / prevent the chain from slipping off.
